Issue with posting FTIs

I created a Customer and then I created an Invoice for my customer. I then posted the Invoice but as you can see below, there is an Error 'FTI has been posted'. I have checked the Financial Dimensions, Posting Profiles and other configurations. Any ideas as to what is the cause of this error

    You'll need a developer to debug this for you.  It's difficult to determine the issue without analyzing the custom code.

    Yes, this form has been customized and this is a Cloud environment
    Anything that can help resolve this issue
