How can I filter optionset values in Editable grid using Javascript?

I have an editable grid in a Dynamics Crm form that has data in option set/dropdown values. I need to filter the values in dropdown based on what the user selects in another dropdown.

For eg.

If a user selects "Guitar" value in "Item" dropdown, then "Color" dropdown should have only "Red" and "White" as the option set values.

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.
