Hi MS-CRM team,
I have a problem with MS CRM 2016 server-side sync:
We use quick campaigns to distribute offers to thousands of customers.
If I open a sent e-mail, I get the message that this mail could not be delivered and that the system tried it 4 times. The mail is still in status "sending"...
I contacted the customer and he told me, that he received this mail 4 times! So there might be a problem with the CRM system or server side sync. In my opinion the system responses a mail sending error although the mail was sent successfully.
Do you have an idea, how this could happen?
