Batch Jobs Failing

I am trying to set up a demo environment for D365 Commerce. 

I deployed a cloud sandbox environment with demo data and commerce scale unit through dynamics lifecycle services. 

When I add a retail channel and try to run batch jobs from distribution schedule, all jobs keeps failing with the below error: 

System.Data.Entity.Core.EntityException: The underlying provider failed on Open.  System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Login failed for user RETAILCDXUser1.
