Lead by form capture: set owner + refer created lead in customer journey

Hi all,

Two questions for lead generation:

  1. In form capture, I'm only able to set simple data fields (text, numbers dates etc.). I've not found a way to set lookup fields, as the lead owner, that remains SYSTEM
  2. When i refer the form capture in a customer journey, how do i refer to the created lead? For example:
    1. trigger for form submitted
    2. create a call task for the created lead

    Thanks for reaching out!! 

    Below is my understanding on your ask -

    1. Lookup field in forms is currently not supported. I suggest you to visit our Ideas portal and add this feature request.  Our PMs regularly review and community votes do impact the roadmap.
    2. Customer Journey you can design as per your requirement. You can refer below sample as per data provided by you -

    Here you are triggering a task when a marketing form is submitted.

    Hi Vivek,

    Sorry for the super late answer.

    Ok for question 1, but for 2: my goal is to reference the lead - not the contact - created (or updated) by the marketing form, if the form is configured for creating or update leads.

    Customer journeys are able only to refer to contact or accounts, not to lead.
