How do I change the financial estimates units?

Posted on by 5

I want to change the time units I get in the project's financial estimates tab. Why do I get no cost values?

You can change the value in the drop down called Escala Temporal.

The data is hiding in Resource Assignment (time) records and Estimate Line records (materials, expenses).

As Juan Simon wrote you need to have correct set-up for cost and sales price lists. Consult Microsoft Docs for details.

    Hi Fabio,

To change the Units you must make changes inside the Project. For Effort (Under Tasks), Expenses or Material.

The setting up is vital, you must set up your Cost and Sales price lists before hand, or they will not show up there, and neither on your Quotes/Contract.So, you do not see costs, because you don't have a Cost price list setup and assigned to this customer.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

And please, mark this as anwered, thank you.

    Juan Simon
