Error : The settings for the reservation hierarchy do not match the settings for the dimension groups that are assigned to the item. Make sure that the inventory dimensions for the reservation hierarchy are physically tracked for the dimension group

Hi Support Team,

Kindly help to check on error below when trying to change the item dimension group.

    check which dimensions are selected on the reservation hierarchy you want to use and then check which  tracking and storage dimensions are used for the same product  making sure that the same are active

    Original tracking dimension group is None but i want to change from none to batch but system no allow.

    I think i know the reason. This may be due to the item have qty on hand so system not allow. Thanks
