I think i know the reason. This may be due to the item have qty on hand so system not allow. Thanks

Original tracking dimension group is None but i want to change from none to batch but system no allow.

check which dimensions are selected on the reservation hierarchy you want to use and then check which tracking and storage dimensions are used for the same product making sure that the same are active
