Add commodity code to a released product

I am in the released product section. In the tab Foreign trade I want to add the Intrastat and the commodity code. When trying to add this I get the error message

Specified category hierarchy is not valid or is not active.

I have not been adding any country/region  or State/province or charges percentages here.

Where do I add the category hierarchy to an released product?

I cannot find where to add the correct hierarchy category.

Is there a link etc in whcih can find more info regarding this?

    Hi Eva,

Could you check the below hierarchy you choose is active?

    Hi Eva,

Please try to select the category hierarchy in Foreign trade parameters form.

    Hello Qian!

This parameter was not activated I noticed. Is there some more parameter I need to check to be active?

This part of foreign trade parameters was not mentioned in the Intrastat instruction from Microsoft, so good to know!

This solved my issue so far!

    Thank you!

Hmmm it seems I cannot put your answer as verified...I usually can do this.
