Posted on by 215

We are handling Meat item. Sometimes we need to transfer item qty.s more than existing stock. Ex. Location A Stock in Hand for some Item is (Weight)10.000kg. We need to transfer it to Location B. Now weight is 10.100kg. How to do it with Navision 2013 Starter.

    Sorry, this field is part of my localization :(

    NAV can post with negative invetory as standard.

    If you have item tracking, then you have problem.

    I am using Navision 2013 Demo version. I could not find that option in above path. But I only found following things with the above path.

    Allow Posting From

    Allow Posting To

    Register Time

    Sale Resp. Ctr. Filter

    Purchase Resp. Ctr. Filter

    Purchase Resp. Ctr. Filter

    Time Sheet Admin.

    Did I check that option in correct place or not.

    Departments->Administration->Application Setup->Users->User Setup

    Then you need to mark field 'Neg.Invent.Adjmt.Allowed' for all users who can post more than quantity in hand.

    But I think, iti is not good idea. The better is to posat Pos.Adjm. for missing quantity.
