Hi,
While creating the contact, selected the type as person.
No. of Business Relations must be equal to '0' in Contact: No.=CT000035. Current value is '2'.
May i where we can change the business relations in business central.

Hello Dom,
search for "Business Relations" via the Tell-Me function. You get a list with all your different business relation types. Select the one for your contact and click on the no. on the right (column is called "No. of Contacts). It opens the table with all relations.
You can simply use the "Delete" button to remove a relation.
Side note: in the "Marketing Setup" under "Interactions" you will find the business relations used for cusotmers/vendor/banks.

If 'YES', what is triggering point to share among the multiple companies.
Please share some info
you can't share vendors/customers between companies by default.
You can keep them up to date between all companies by using the Rapid Start Tool. But this is a manual process.
There are some Suppliers who offer Apps which can do this automatically.
