Hi,
I am creating some forms and it is not allowing me to connect my Customer Voice solution to this CDS environment. It is all greyed out and wont let me select anything which is strange. Have tried installing the App Store solution into the CDS environment without luck still. It should be as simple as installing this and connecting to CDS I would have thought or is there other dependancies? Surely Microsoft would have designed this to be utilised within Model Driven Power Apps and not just D365 CE?

Hi -- please install the Customer Voice solution from aka.ms/CustomerVoiceApp then you will need to grant permission to the CDS. Please refer to the documentation at docs.microsoft.com/.../connect-environment
Thanks for responding to my query. So my survey and project are created nicely now in CDS. My responses arent coming through however. Do we have any ideas on what we need to do to get this to work. Is it a Flow we need to create to populate the responses as well?
