1 user unbale to do drag and drop on pages

Hi all,
One of our user is having an issue with drag and drop option. He is unable to drag and drop item / files but he has attach it without any issues. I test with 2 different users and they were able to use the drag and drop feature but this 1 user is unable to. I tested with the user on different browsers but he is still not able to user that feature. I have checked his permissions as well and he has same identical permissions like other 2 users. 
Can someone advise if we are missing anything.

    It looks like a browser issue, such as the cookies mentioned by Valentin, or a browser extension. You can use its account to try it on the computer of someone who can drag. This should be no problem.

    I would try to delete all browser cookies/data and try again. Or maybe even try to login on a different computer, that will tell you if something is wrong with the computer or with BC.
