I am new in dynamic 365
I want to create a 1:N relationship between opportunity product id to my custom entity opportunity product,
i am not getting option to mapp this field

It's not possible
The opportunityproduct entity is one of the entities that is a little locked down - i.e. it has a few limits on it's customisation. This is to protect the out of the box sales cycle functionality.

Unfortunately, you cant extend/ customize opportunity product to have 1:N relationship with any other entity.
