Hello Team,I have created a user and employee and worker, and when I try to associate --> the same name is not populating in "person field".How is any worker/employee or user is populated in the Person field?Thanks in adcance

Have you checked if this worker is associated with other user?
In normal, the drop-down box in the Person field shows all workers that have not been selected.

We have checked but the user is not mapped with any users in the system. In fact, we just created the employee and trying to add the employee as a person in System administration.

Actually the user created the employee name as “Manisha” and created the user id as “Tanisha” in the system administration and added the person “Manisha” under person dropdown.
Later on after few days, the HR realized the user name is wrong in the system administration > users.
So she deleted the user id “Tanisha” in the system administration module.
Now the HR again created the new user id saying “Manisha”, now HR is unable to find the person “Manisha” under person drop down.
Can any one please advice on the same. Thank you.

This user is not available in the personalization and usage data
Try reset for the new user 'Tanisha'.
User --> user options -->usage data

It didnt worked, the person is not populating
If it still doesn't work, you can create a ticket to Microsoft.
