I am having difficulties with the customer combiner in GP. I log in as sa and make sure there are no users and each time it gives me a not responding. I have waiting for up to 30 mintues for a simple customer combine and still nothing. Any insights into why this would be happening? I have in the past used this function and it worked fine.
I am doing Tools - Utilities - Sales - Customer Combiner and Modifier to access the window.

Strange. Maybe reboot your SQL Server (or just the services/active connections) & then try again.
If that doesn't work, it likely implies that there's something corrupt regarding this customer. It could be an issue wiht hte customer itself or even some of the historical transactions. Can potentially run a SQL Profiler session on the server to see what's hanging up.
