Search in Mobile App does not work

We are using CRM online, we are on the latest release. When we use the mobile app on our IOS-devices the search function won't work. When we press the search icon we get a message: "This record is unavailable. If you contact support, please provide the technical details."

Does anybody recognize this? Any tips? Help is much apreciated!
