Hi All,

I have BP 3.0 installed for GP 9.0. I set the approval hirerachy and i need to modify the approval hierarchy. There are no PR's saved till now. These approval hierarchy is also not linked to the company setup. Now i need to delete this approval hierarchy. When i tried to delete i am getting the message "The approval hierarchy is being modified by another user".

Any suggestions to solve this issue.

Hi, perhaps your browser session was closed? If so, wait about a half hour untill that users session expires, or you could try restarting IIS.

All else fails you could remove the session from the Multiusermanager table in the DYNAMICS database. Get all users to log out, navigate to the table in SQL and open it, highlight the row, right click and select delete.
