Adjust Cost - Item Entries

Hi all, Just after some clarification around the above, i have automatic cost posting etc set up, what i am after really is when the batch job runs, how do i see what has actually been changed, is there a specific way to see these changes in Value Entries/Gen Ledger Entries etc

    The "Cost is Adjusted" field on the item card is updated with a check mark when the process is run and the adjusted entries will have a boolean called Adjustment as true.
