Looking for help for right contacts in Colombia

We are an IT services company and are looking for help to get the right contacts in Colombia. The opportunity is to migrate / transition about 5000 SMB customers from a local ERP to possibly Dynamics 365 Business Central. However Payroll seems to be a showstopper. Can someone at Microsoft help out with possible alternatives.
