PCA with Dynamics 365 online. Object doesn't support property or method 'blur' error

Has anyone successfully integrated PCA with Dynamics 365 online?

I have followed the instructions from the PCA site and am getting the below error:

    I changed the pca_AccountAddress library to the pca_AccountAddress2015 library and I get a different error:

    7573.defaultCodeerror.PNG
