Whenever I login, I see this:
An error has occurred.
Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.

Hi Tomas, I found this post. If I still get the unhelpful error when going to the URL you mention above, is that a sign that it is an invalid sitemap error? How is that fixed? What I'm experiencing is that a couple months ago I stopped being able to administer any of my environments - constantly get:
An error has occurred.
Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.
Hi, sometimes it is caused by invalid sitemap.
Please try to open this URL directly: https://YOURORG.crmX.dynamics.com/tools/systemcustomization/systemcustomization.aspx
Hi bhwong,
In usual , MS Service Maintenance won't last more than two or three days. They usually arrange the maintenance time before weekends. It is more likely that there was a problem when your organization made automatic updates. Please raise a Service Request in Admin Center>Support asap. Ask them to check whether your Org has been disabled and help to re-enable it.
Hope it would help.

Johnnyg
Thanks for the response. I'm the administrator and I cannot login myself for the past few weeks, so I doubt it's service maintenance. Look like I have to contact MS Support.
Hi bhwong ,
Firstly please confirm whether other user in your org confront with such same issue.
If other user even administrator met such issue pls refer to Ravi's suggestion above. You could also check whether there's any service maintenance in O365>Admin Center >Health>Service Health.
If you're the only one in your org who has this problem, please no hesitate to ask administrator check your D365 subscription license and whether you are enable user now in D365 User Team.
Hope it would help.

Hi,
I would suggest to first check if you have any service interruption for your crm online org. I have seen this recently that due to service maintenance the org was not accessible. You can check these directly from your O365 portal >> notifications or the admin should have received the email notification.
If it is not a service maintenance the you should contact MS Support as there is nothing you can do from your side.
Hope this helps.
