How do I pull mulitple CSV from Nav without having to reboot Excel everytime

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

We currenty use Nav, pulling the data in a csv format to Office 365 Excel 2016.

When pulling this data, we can only do this once per customer, if we try to do multiple customers open at the same time, Excel crashes. I would say this is user error, however this is happening to the two people in our office that use it.

This last info is very important, so if something related with VPN and that will be harder to solve. Security credentials for NAV and Excel are solved before or after VPN connection?

ran updates and re-installed Excel. Both users can open up one, however opening up a second causes it to crash

there is a caveat, both users are coming in over a VPN, local users to Nav can open it up fine.

Check Excel, I've over 30 users doing this kind of task and I don't have that problem.
