did you click on "download log file" ( it should have details actual error) and also check if you see any errors in tracing?

I set the timeout Time=600 , but it is not useful, only 1 min, it throw error

are you creating a field on an entity in dynamics?

what type of field is it? i assum a multiple line of text?

if yes it can only have 1,048,576 characters as per documentation
