
Hi NAV users,
We have an issue with the job queues in NAV, and they are not kicking off. The job queue is for import and export of files between NAV and Avid. What are some ways I can trouble shoot this issue? Any help is much appreciated.
Some background: We recently migrated the NAV db, not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Dynamics NAV 2013 is pretty old and officially out of support, so I would make sure if you run that old version to at least be on the last NAV 2013 R2 cumulative update.
Beside this make sure you can compile all objects in the database and that there are no errors.
In the Dynamics NAV management console, make sure you have configured the NAS correctly, I found the old help files on the internet.

At the end review the eventlog of the NST where the NAS is enabled to verify if there are any problems reported.
