After installing the Add-in for Word, user is receiving an error when opening Word.
"Word is running into problems with the 'Microsoft.dynamics.gp.businessintelligence.bitemplatemapping'add-in. If this keeps happening, disable the add-in and check for available updates. Do you want to disable now?"
We have disabled the add-in so the user can keep working.
We made sure to install on the users profile with elevated privileges.
Has anyone else run into this issue?
