I'm getting this error whenever I try to register new account from portal.

I would recommend opening the ticket with Microsoft and ask for a help.

You can setting up the error logging in Portals. To do this, you should have a blob storage to save the portal log. Please check out how you can enable this feature: debajmecrm.com/.../
