There is a utility that allows me to take accounts assigned to a Credit Manager ID and assign them, en masse, to another collector. Is there a simlar tool to do this for a salesperson?

The PSTL tools will change a Salesperson ID, if you want to reassign a salesperson to multiple customers, this tool will not do it for you.
What exactly are you trying to accomplish? If you are trying to replace Salesperson A with Salesperson B, then you will need to either use the Integration Manager (or eConnect), a macro, or direct to table on the customer master table.
Do you need to do any of these functions?
