Hi All,
Is there a way in BC14 onprem to limit access to the mobile app? We want to allow 4 or 5 users out of 40 to have access to it. Nobody else should be able to login via mobile app.
Is there a permission set or something out of the box that will do this?
Permissions work for objects in the database. The client type is not accessible in that way. Not sure about a modification but feel like that is the pathway you face. Providing the client type can be checked (login management codeunit is the place to start) on login you could have it reference something user associated. Could be user setup or perhaps a specific permission set code. The first seems easier if possible
