Hi I am trying to add an increment number to Opportunities so that it is easier in meetings to make reference to a number rather than the Opportunity title.
I have added a new Counter entity and added a new field to the Counter form.
I have added one Counter record and started a workflow which is updating the file with the lookup field for the one record. I have then added an Increment by 1 on the workflow but it is not working. Any ideas please.
