Cannot access E-Learning

I can log in to Customer Source and see my account is associated with my company's account.  When I click on one of our installed products (CRM Online), then Learning, then e-Learning, I get a request not authorized message.  I have cleared cache, browsing history and temp internet files and added mbs.microsoft.com and mbs2.Microsoft.com as trusted sites.  Also tried in-private browsing.  Also tried working with the MBS team.  Still nothing.

    Good luck. I've tried with my Dynamics partner Western. Microsoft has this on a very low priority.  I can get into E-Learning, but only a few of my other coworkers I've tried to add have been able.

    It’s better to raise a high priority ticket with MS support saying impacting production environment/affecting business users.

    I have a customer running into the same issue. Was there ever a resolution to this?

    @abarkley, we reached out to the CustomerSource team and will send you a private message as they would like to gather some PI info you and your customers use for CustomerSource. Hopefully this will help troubleshoot the root cause so we can post a resolution.

    Hi, what was the resolution for this problem?  Many of my customers are experiencing similar issues.

    The CustomerSource team has a ticket open with Microsoft IT around organizational accounts not authenticating with e-Learning after signing in to CustomerSource. Based on the information you have provided, your access issue appears to be very similar if not the same. The ticket is still open and I will update this thread once it's resolved.
