Project WIP Cost is now seen for Investment Project while estimating a project

Not able to see WIP cost here for the project even though it is there under posted transaction. cost to complete method is = Set cost to complete to zero. I am trying to eliminate the WIP to the fixed asset.

Steps which i followed:

1. Created a Investment Project

2. Posted Expense Transaction

3. Estimate the Project

4. Here I am not able to see Project WIP cost under WIP section but the same can be seen in project statement.

Following things i checked
1. Project Posted transaction and project estimate dates. Project estimate date is after my project posted transaction
2. My Project WIP cost account is debited for all expense transaction.
3. Line property for Project has capitalized cost toggle enabled.
