It was, as I'd suspected, a whitepaper written by the Cloud Ready Software team for / in conjunction with Microsoft, and they were kind enough to share the link with me. I understand that an updated version of the document will be available soon and it will contain the URL.

I assume you are asking about the whitepaper on the Microsoft Dynamics Learning Portal > Dynamics 365 Business Edition. You are correct that it refers to a bunch of options without providing the objects themselves.
If I am correct, I understand that Cloud Ready Software collaborated in the making of the whitepaper, and if so, you might be able to retrieve it from (Gary@cloud-ready-software.com). Otherwise, someone from Microsoft may be able to help.
