Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Archived)

CRM only receive email when it want

I have successfully connect Microsoft CRM 2016 with our Goolge apps. There is no problem with the sending function. But we are in big trouble with receiving email, sometime we can receive email sometime emails just never come into CRM and the only information I got it:

"An unknown error occurred while receiving email through the mailbox [My Mailbox] The owner of the associated email server profile [My Email Server Profile] has been notified. The system will try to receive email again later."

Does anyone face this problem before? And how do you solve it?

    Can anyone help? When I inactive the mailbox then activate it again and can see that I got one email delivery to CRM but that it no more no less. What should I do to make CRM works?
