Error on Activating SLA Record and Assign

Hi ,

I have created SLA record and on Activating it getting "Generic SQL Error" 

Same Error is coming for Assign button for Case , Account and Contact record.

SLA is created First time in this  Organization . I have System administration role

CRM is On Premise 2016 version.

Below is details of error

    Hi,

    You may try below scenario to tackle your issue.

    Hit Windows(logo) +R -> enter services.msc.

    Below window will open up and then you need to make sure SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER) & SQL Server Agent (MSSQLSERVER) services are running in background.
