Are you able to log into CustomerSource to get your registration keys? The licensing model you have should be at the top of the page when you look at your registration keys. If you are not able to log into CustomerSource, your GP Partner should be able to get this information for you.

The limit would be unlimited :). You purchase users so there would not be any limit. Also GP Victoria is correct GP 10 is supported but is on Extended support which means there will be no fixes, SP's or year end updates released in the future. You can still receive support on issues however.
Mark, actually, I am not sure that's exactly right. GP 10.0 is under Extended Support until 10/10/2017:
victoriayudin.com/.../when-does-my-gp-products-support-end. We have a customer still on GP 10.0 that was able to buy additional licensing recently.
However, GP 10.0 was still available under the Module Based Licensing and if you have the Standard Edition of the licensing, that is limited to 10 users. The Professional Edition and all other licensing options have no user limit.

I am not aware of any user maximum count with any version of GP. You need to have server and SQL client access licenses to match whatever you need for GP.
