marketing list/ quick campaign and email sending

i am using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016

I have prepared a quick campaign with a short email to communicate to customers. Total email should be around 5000. They are being send through OUTLOOK. However, for some reason the outlooks is sending 10 emails every 10 minutes with the automatic configuration. If i try it manually, the system will syncronize only 10 emails max every time I manually ask for.

This is somthing than never happened to me in previous versions .

Can you indicate me how can I set up the PC to send all emails at once? Or al least in the hundreds!!

Was this ever fixed? We just deployed Dynamics 365 on Prem in May of 2020... and we immediately noticed this odd behavior. After speaking with MS techsupport several times, we are being told:

This is Normal behavior
Dynamics 365 is not meant for mass marketing

I don't know if I agree with the first point, though maybe it's true... but I absolutely do not accept the second point. We used to use CRM 4, and this limitation was not present. I have spent days looking for reference information online, ways to change this behavior, etc. and found absolutely nothing.

In the end, I sent MS tech support the following screenshot from the email router:
