We have a customer sends many orders over couple weeks and we consolidate and ship the orders with single shipment and single invoice. How you can implement this in Dynamics GP? It seems like we need to create one invoice per order which is not really acceptable.

The above posts by Ian and Frank are correct. Unfortunately there is no functionality within GP to do this. The recomendation to contact Corporate Renaissance Group for a 3rd party module is a great idea.
This also sounds like a great product suggestion. I have included a link to our Product suggestion website where our developers look over the submissions and see if they are able to add the functionality in a service pack or hotfix. People can vote on each suggestion and suggestions with more votes will take higher priority:

Corporate Renaissance Group has a product that lets you combine sales orders prior to invoicing. I've never used it but you can learn more about it here - www.crgroup.com/.../merger-series.

With standard GP you can't do this - you can create an order and from this produce many invoices - but you can't consolidate many orders onto a single invoice.
