HQ Manager how to enable Globla Customer "Addtional Tab" fields

Hi All

I really need some help on this.this rms really killing me

how can i enable the field in addtional tab in HQ Manager?

    manual update the CustomCaption  table, and close the HQ Manager and login again.

    Update CustomCaption set Caption = 'Limit' where ID = 6

    Update CustomCaption set Caption = 'Category' where ID = 1
