Error on RPO

I am getting an error message when trying to generate a Released Production Order.  The error says /There is no Prod. Order Routing Line within the filter.  Filter: Status: Released Prod. Order No.: (Redacted) Routing Link Code: ASSY/.  Any idea what I am doing wrong and how I can get rid of that error?
