Anyone can provide a source of learning management reporter. i want to understand the column definition and row defintiion and reports in simple words to create income statement

You can use Report Wizard under tools which helps you to build your own reports and customize to match your needs.
Column definitions is used to specify the period and year for the report. The periods can days, months or years.
A row definition is a report component, also called a building block, which specifies the contents of each row in a Management Reporter report.
Please refer the following link from Microsoft which explains create and manage report components.
