Cannot export Dynamics 365 Customer Voice survey responses of more than 5,000 to CSV format.

I cannot export Dynamics 365 Customer Voice survey responses of more than 5,000 to CSV format. I tried to export survey responses to CSV, but I am unable to export them. The progress bar does not complete and I did not receive an email. My language environment is Korean.
