Hello,
I have been trying to find out the best way to get information about answers in inspections and fields and the possibility to sort what i need and dont need to send to customer.
There are some ways i have seen but i have more than 10 assets in one work order and using one inspection for each to build service history.
1. what is the best alternative?
2. I cant get the asset history, i have done the steps in the how to, what is the problem?
By adding one Inspection for each Asset, you will have the history.
The inspection answers will be in the Customer Voice tables.
