Migration of all settings to PPAC, maker portal, all functionality to UCI

In order to fully utilize UCI, the PPAC and the maker portal, we need to have a 100% migration of all features, which is still not the case. Most of the PPAC environment settings are still forwarding to the old Dynamics 365 web UI settings, some advanced customization features are still not available in the maker portal and you need to "switch to classic", even some of the end user areas in the first party apps are not yet available in UCI - example: the SLAs in the customer service hub.

When csn we expect a 100% migration in all the mentioned areas?

    Hello Robert,

Some settings are indeed still only available as part of the legacy web client. We are progressively working at migrating them to a modern experience.

That being said, that shouldn't prevent transitioning end-users to the Unified Interface, as settings in most cases only concern administrators.

You can easily access advanced settings in the legacy web client even if the "Unified Interface Only" mode is enabled, as detailed in this article: https://community.dynamics.com/365/unified-interface/b/unified-interface-team-blog/posts/quick-tip-how-do-i-get-to-the-settings-area-from-a-unified-interface-app

Hi Henry, thanks for the quick reply, I know about the advanced settings of course, but as I said, there are gaps in the maker portal as well as in the apps themselves, so it is still not possible to move entirely to the new world.

What about the SLAs, this is a key end user feature of the customer service hub, but still available only in the legacy web UI.

Agreed, but SLA configuration is normally a one time operation by administrator when setting up the system.

I don't see how this can be seen as blocking when transitioning your users to the Unified Interface, as they generally don't need to access advanced settings such as SLA configuration. Can you detail your scenario in more details? We are actively looking at bridging the gaps, with a priority foucs on the business user / end-user experience.
