Error when importing Spain SII ER configurations (RCS)

Hello all,
 
I encountered an error when importing the required electronic report configurations to the D365 system.
The error details are as follows.

We accessed the Regulatory configuration services (RCS) and tried to import the ER configurations by connecting it to our test D365 environment.
But it failed.
 
Can someone help me on this, please?
