Hi,
we are using Dynamics 365 and have a requirement to produce the same report and distribute it to 40+ clients of ours - with just their data.
I have created the report in Power BI but struggling to find the best way to then distribute these.
Can anyone suggest a way of doing this without costing an arm and a leg?

Hi Deb3107,
As I know you could set security role to enable only these mentioned 40 customers to view the report in PBI. It also could work to distribute the report to OneDrive Folder with specific client access like my above sharing.

you're correct the question is more about Power BI.
I know how to share reports etc but don't think I was clear enough with my terminology.
What we need to do is export the data from 1 table and distribute that file to each of the relevant customers. For example Client A only received a file with a list of customers that were referred to Client A for support. As its got personal data in we didn't want to email so we were thinking about creating folders in One Drive or Sharepoint and only giving the client access to their folder.
Is this achievable? We have sort of been advised we may need to purchase an Azure VM & Azure Sql server and then use the Data export tool to export the data from Dynamics then use SSRS to distribute the reports.
What I should probably add is that we are in the cloud rather than on-premise.
We did this from our old system (Oracle Right Now) using a combination of Qlikview and NPrinting.

I believe you wonder how to distribute the PBI report to your customers with only the data from D365 which seems more like the question about PBI... If my understanding is incompatible with your post request, pls no hesitate to correct me.
