in my online organization I open accounts and click on phone number and open skype for business call but when open CRM Mobile it open dialer screen with number but I want to open Skype for business call when click on Phone number.
I changed system settings with below options:
Set Skype for Business Options -> Yes
Set the telephony provider -> Skype for Business / Lync
Note: I logged in Skype for business in my phone with user in my CRM Organization.
