I am looking at the possibility to migrate to dynamics 365 online. I am however wondering if It is possible to be able to change settings like TeamSettings.MaxEntitiesEnabledForAutoCreatedAccessTeams by using PowerShell commands (set-crmSetting).

You can change the org db settings with Online (using SDK or a tool like this one orgdborgsettings.codeplex.com or support.microsoft.com/.../2691237 ), but the deployment properties are for on prem online.

It looks like those commands are not supported for Online. This is the documentation for the command: technet.microsoft.com/.../dn833075.aspx - and it only says Applies To: CRM 2016 on-prem, Dynamics 365 (on-premises). Sorry it's not the answer you were looking for.
