Is there any option to make inactive an employee or worker in D365 FO HR module?

Dear Experts,

I am working on a requirement for my customer.

Is there any way to make inactive an employee? I know we can terminate the employee but this wont suffice the requirement.

I am using D365 FO-> Human recourse module.

    Hi Ramit,

    An inactive employee means a worker without any current employment.

    If you go to the employee, Employment history, Change employment date to past then It will show in Inactive employees.

    This is one of the possible solutions.
