Could it be some scripts triggering and update the value?

Otherwise this is weird if the value is only there after you open the record. Try enable Data Audit to see when it get updated.

    Hi alex,

In Travel Plan Entity  I have Kendo Grid, and i have Placed Some Attribute Columns which are coming from Appointment Entity(I mean Creating the Records in Travel Plan Those Records will Store in Appointment)

1.Here i have City Lookup value in Kendo Grid Column(When ever I have Created or Updated the Record in Travel plan that value will Store in Appointment)

So here for that City am Auto populating that District of that City value on Onload if i open the Records atleast once then that value am able to Get in the Report if i did not Open the Record in Appointment then i wont get the District  Value in Report

Suggest you to test your fetchxml first to make sure you are getting the data.

You can use the fetchxml tester from the fantastic tool below:

    Hi Uma,

if you don't see the value in the report, then the field must be empty. On the other hand, I'm not sure what that report is doing, how Kendo is involved, etc.. Maybe you could post some screenshots?
