I believe the best place to start is in the Docs, as pointed by the others, you can get the overview there.

Then move to MS Learning, it's plenty of materials there and you can also study based on a specific exam/certificate.

always start from your area of expertise , so if you a Finance person than start with GL, AR, AP, bank, Tax,...…..

I would also get started with MS docs.

Once you are through all documents then you can go for other sources in addition.
